INSPECTION
Servpro conducts thorough inspections of attics, interiors, and crawl spaces to
verify the absence or presence of visible microbial growth. This inspection
includes two trained technicians wearing personal protective gear as per OSHA
requirements. Digital photos are taken of the areas which are to be inspected. A
formal report is put together which includes an estimate for any necessary work
to be done. Inspection fees for our local area are as follows:
Attic: $125 Interior: $85 Crawl Space: $125
*Additional charges may be applied for travel time and mileage for extreme
distances.
SAMPLING
& TESTING
Servpro is equipped and certified to conduct air sampling and tape lift testing.
Samples are submitted to an independent, accredited lab for analysis. Tape lifts
can be taken from surfaces to determine the type of mold affecting the area.
Air sampling is usually conducted in three areas: interior, outside front, and
outside back and is best used to determine the air quality of the interior
"living space" of a structure. Air sampling is not recommended for crawl spaces.
