I wanted to enclose this personal note along with my payment for your services to thank you for your competence and professionalism in handling this matter.

As you know, a home inspector identified the existence of mold on a support beam in the crawl space of our home. As we were in the process of selling the home, we obviously were concerned about how this discovery would affect the sale and how expensive it would be to remediate.

I spent considerable time talking to a number of "disaster clean up" and mold remediation specialists and found that almost all of them charged a minimum price that seemed way too high or would not quote a price up front without "extensive investigation" and so forth. It seemed like most of these companies were more interested in making a mountain out of a molehill. In stark contrast, Herb outlined a much more straight forward approach starting with a reasonable price for an inspection and detailed report and remediation plan complete with photographs. This was done literally within 24 hours of my first call to Servpro. Then, within another 48 hours, the affected area was completely remediated and treated. Shortly thereafter, I was given a professional report documenting the job step by step from start to finish. I was then able to provide the professional report to the buyers of our home which completely allayed their understandable concern and kept us on our short timeframe to close the sale at the originally negotiated price. All of this was done at a fraction of the "minimum price" quoted by other companies.

Throughout this process, Herb and his team treated my wife and me with respect and explained all steps of the process with detail. Calls were answered or returned promptly and all of our questions were adequately addressed.

This is the way to run a successful service-oriented business! I would not hesitate in recommending your services to others. Thanks again.

Dear Mr. Jensen

Twice in two years I have had the misfortune of broken water pipes under my home
which resulted in water having to be pumped out and a long process of drying out with
the aid of fans. Then the word we don't want to hear, "Mold". Servpro was well
prepared to deal with it all and to certify that they stand behind their work.

No one ever plans for such an emergency and in my case each time I have been less than knowledgeable to know where to start. A call to my Insurance Agent has resulted in
Servpro being contacted and within minutes they are at my door. They are well trained to
do their jobs efficiently and with professionalism. All the office personnel have been
pleasant and cooperative. It is a great feeling of relief to be able to turn over a devastating situation to people who know how to "fix" it.

I hope I never have to deal with such a disaster again, but if so I know Servpro is
